Z-VU™ — legal
Legal

Privacy.

What z-vu.com collects, why, and what happens to it — only what the site actually does, checked against its own source. Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before this page goes live.

1. Controller

Tigo Sanchez, Berlin, Germany, is the controller for personal data processed through z-vu.com. Full legal name and business address: [[NOME LEGALE COMPLETO]], [[INDIRIZZO COMPLETO]] — see the Impressum.

2. Contact

E-mail: [email protected] · [email protected]. Data protection officer, if one is required: [[da valutare]].

3. Data collected via the contact form

Name, e-mail address, the optional “what you’re looking at” field and the message you write. A hidden field (“trappola”) is a bot trap: it stays empty for a human visitor and is never shown or stored as content — a filled value only tells the server to silently drop the submission.

4. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Every request is processed by Cloudflare to deliver the page: IP address, date/time, page requested and browser type. The site itself does not read or store this log data. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in running the site securely). [[verificare: DPA/SCC con Cloudflare]].

5. Cloudflare Turnstile

The security header of this site already allows a connection to Cloudflare’s challenge service (challenges.cloudflare.com) for a bot-check widget on the contact form. When Turnstile is switched on, submitting the form loads a small challenge from Cloudflare, which processes technical data (IP address, browser signals) to confirm the sender is not a bot, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. This section stays accurate whether or not the widget is live yet; update the date below once it is.

6. Where the form goes

Submitting the form sends a POST request to a Cloudflare Pages Function (/api/commit), which validates the fields and forwards them to a Google Apps Script Web App shared across the Z-VU/Tigo Google Workspace. The request is written to a Google Sheet and an e-mail notice is sent to the relevant mailbox ([email protected] for this site). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to a possible engagement); Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for keeping a record and running the site securely.

7. Sound preference (localStorage)

The mute/unmute toggle for the site’s sound is remembered in your browser’s localStorage, on your device only. Nothing is sent to a server, and no personal data is involved. [[valutare con un legale se serve comunque un banner TTDSG §25 per questo storage locale, o se basta questa informativa]].

8. Analytics, cookies, tracking

None found in the source examined (17/09/2026): no analytics tool, no tracking pixel, no cookie set by the site itself, and no remote font loading. If this changes, this section must be updated before the change goes live.

9. Web3 / wallet

The site displays identities such as zvu-venture.eth and tigosanchez.eth as text only. It does not connect to, read, or request access to any wallet, and does not interact with any blockchain.

10. Links to other sites

Footer links to zzglam.com, waxaw.org, jakudafei.xyz and tigosanchez.com only take you to those sites; nothing is shared with them from here before you click.

11. Data processors

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, delivery and the Pages Function that forwards form submissions. Google LLC / Google Workspace — the Apps Script that receives the form, the Sheet where requests are stored, and the mailboxes. [[elenco completo dei responsabili del trattamento e AVV da completare]].

12. International transfers

Cloudflare and Google operate globally; data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Transfer safeguards relied on (adequacy decision, EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses): [[da completare]].

13. Retention

[[periodi di conservazione per le richieste e il foglio Google da definire]].

14. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable format, within the limits of the applicable law. Write to [email protected] or [email protected] to exercise these rights.

15. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Competent authority and contact details: [[da completare]].

16. Updates

Stand: [[DATA PUBBLICAZIONE]] — checked against the site source on 17/09/2026. This notice may change when the site or its processing changes; the current version is always the one at z-vu.com/legal/privacy.html.
